Bungie applied more "synergy" to its perks for the new subclasses. The "wombo combo" is a prime example of it. Warlocks shouldn't complain as transcendence and landfall are also prime examples of "synergy." With the needed nerfs to Stormcaller, warlocks are more inline with being "balanced." If Bungie feels the synergy of wombo combo is too much then it will get a nerf but I doubt it.
