Well there's a choice for that super. A) use it on a group of people. B) use it on the very next person you see. (Cause you know you ain't going to find a group of enemies.) C) use it to shut down the next super you see and likely save you team. D) use it to save yourself. I mean common, it's a single use super that one hit kills everything in it's dome. There's not much to it.
