Add the fact that you're asking for 320+ when you are well below 320 yourself. no one really has the time or energy to carry a 305 through a hard raid where the recommended light is 310, yeah i know you get some good loot at warpriest, but when i inspected your character, it was armor you needed, and if you dont have a black spindle, at your light, you'd be almost useless at Golgoroth. If you wanted to hold gaze, then you might find a team, but other than that, you wont find a team to get this done in which all members are 320+. I know from experience. I was 308 max light on one character for several weeks, and only completed all three challenge modes when they came out because i had friends who were 314-317 at the time, and who would carry me until i got better gear. Now, however that i am a 333 max light on my hunter, and 332 max on my titan and warlock
