Guardians✨ How did you pick your Gamertag?
Hello-Guardians(^-^)/ ！
One of me & my Fireteams favorite things to notice in this beautiful gamerworld of ours is a clever Gamertag ! Whether it's a fellow Guardian at the Tower or an opponent in the Crucible, a good Gamertag is always appreciated.
So share with us the origin of your gamertag! Why did you choose it & what does it mean to you? No judgements here(^.^)！
I'll start: Professor Hikita is a character from one of my Fireteams favorite 1984 scifi movies "Buckaroo Banzai" , he was the Japanese scientist on Team Buckaroo responsible for inventing the Over Thruster( I recommend the movie if you haven't caught it yet ). Most of my gamer friends use names from this movie.
We really welcome you guys to share with us your "Batman" names here!

So we made our names related to wacko that. dualtagr for life. (I just have anoxi in front because I joined teams and crap like that unlike my friend)

6 RepliesI signed up PSN last November (2015) for the first time because when I purchased my PS4, Destiny came with it as a package...didn't even know what Destiny was all about when I picked up the PS4, it just came with the console from Best Buy. I was originally getting the console for Fallout 4, because I've been playing that series since the original Fallout back in 1997 or 1998. When signing up on PSN, I didn't read the directions completely, so the system gave me some default name and when I was running around the Destiny world, I saw everyone had these cool player tags and I'm like really?? ....I started out as a hunter and Level up to around 20 something when I tried to change my tag name...well damn to come find out... you can't change it once you've set up the account...so I decided to delete the original PS4 account and restart a new PS4 account by registering a new email account...what a P.I.T.A that was.....anyway, my tag goes along the lines of biblical and movies reasons....Eli, the movie Book of Eli was just off the hook for me and 3-19 which is spoken in the movie is based from Genesis 3:19 (depending which version)

1 ReplyHux2yaDome. I am an 11 year XBL veteran. This gamer tag actually goes back to the original xbox days back in 2001 to the Halo CE days of Lan connected 4 vs 4 death matches on Blood Gulch or Sidewinder. Hux is my nickname from college because one of my buddies got drunk and couldn't say my last name and called me Theo Huxtable from the Cosby Show. So Huxtable became my new nickname which later just got shortened to Hux. The 2yadome part is where I am always aiming. Sniper/Marksman/Heedshawts control the battle field...if there is a path to victory...then put a marksman at the other end of it and watch the enemy toil in their defeat. Naturally my main for Destiny - Hunter. I will admit sniping in Halo and Destiny are different and I think I'm better at it in Halo and Cod, but give me a Scout Rifle (I don't use Mida at all) and will control the field in the same way.

2 RepliesMy name has a kind of silly origin. My siblings and I were really into Red Vs Blue and so we started writing our own Red Vs Blue type thing. We never recorded or even shared our stuff but 2 of my important characters were both Elites. I decided one of them was from a civilization driven by a religion that happened to think one other character, a really dumb guy (inspired by Caboose), was the pinnacle of their beliefs. I even made a language for them (word replacement, so not a good language but I was like 12 so give me a break) and that's where Zon Mato comes from. Just kinda stuck with it because it's unique. (Pronounced Zawn Motto)

1 ReplyWaaaayyyyyyy back in the day during halo CE and call of duty 1 I had a couple names I used to rock but for some reason I kept coming back to LT.Wulf I guess I just liked how it sounded. Well eventually one of my friends ( who was a year older than me ) told me I have kicked so much ass that he thought I deserved a promotion and started calling me Captain after that .........so I just switched From Lt to Cpt and it's been history ever since ;-) [spoiler]sorry that was way more boring than I remember :-/[/spoiler]
