Isn't it a 330 raid? Why wouldn't you want a competently leveled team from lfg?

Nope, same as before. They increased the level of the rewards, but kept the difficulty the same. It's much more rewarding now though. Almost everything you get is 320+ now on Hard Mode, even non Harrowed gear. I've only had 2 items drop below 320, and they were 319, while everything else has been 322+ items. My highest level drop so far has been a set of 325 Darkhollow gauntlets for my 319 Hunter. They weren't even Harrowed.

The drops are up to 335 but the raid itself and the enemies are still the same level as before.
