can anyone help with all raids ps3

Warlock level 40 as well. I too would like to have a raid group on Ps3. People like me seem to be caught in a catch 22. Can't do raids on hard because I don't got the really high level equipment, and can't find higher level equipment by doing the normal raids because everyone else is on the hard modes.
