If you don't meet the requirements for a certain job, does that mean the employer sucks at his job?

But asking 325 for a 310 raid is like asking for 5 years of experience for a cashier job at mcdonalds

Destiny isn't a job.

If the boss is asking for a PhD to work at McDonalds, then your boss is an idiot.
-
He's the employer, if you don't meet the requirements (as crazy as they may be) don't apply and don't bitch.
-
That may be true, but by the same token, that boss has no right to complain when he doesn't get enough employees to stay in business.
-
Agreed but this post was in relation to the OP bitching about a requirement being to high. In relation to a job, if you don't meet the requirement, just move on with your life and look for another job/raid group. If the employer/raid leader doesn't get enough employees, then it will be on him.
