Let's be real. The only reason why ppl still play is because it's basically gambling. That's why the complaining never ends in the forums. Because they didn't get what they want. As for fun? The content in the update is for ttk owners, stop chuckling like a maniac and get off the forums. If we enjoy it, does it matter about its flaws? sure we may complain but we love this game and none of your petty mocking will change that. Some gamers are so whiny compared to back years ago. Did people complain that pong had no story? Did people complain about pacman being the same content every Time? NO. Games are meant to be enjoyed and appreciated, not mocked for being "re skinned" content. If you want a perfect game, good luck finding it.

Yet, you're doing exactly what you said as well. Irony. The game isn't what you he fans wanted it to be, therefore they settle for less. Kind of like the ppl that are disappointed with bungies move but making old content re-skinned aka POE to have then grind yet again for the same stuff they already have, to be more "up to date". Oh and then still playing it anyways. Their not having fun grinding for stuff they already have. I never met anyone that said they were "oh so excited" grind for hours for thing they didn't want. So after being through that experience myself even since the days of vanilla destiny, I could teach you a thing or two. Try me.

This is a Destiny forum where people like destiny lol if you don't like destiny, you should go to another forum because here you are wasting your time. I agree with most of your points, and I too potty players stuck in the grind. I only play PVP and I have a lot of fun doing it. I could care less about rewards. This game could have been so much more yes! But you fail to miss how great it still is. The mechanics are like no other. Sure if this game was made by any other company it would be ten times better, but dude. This game kicks ass! You can't deny that. So many players who constantly play and still do? It's a good game. Players who "quit" like you never truly "quit". If you still go back to the forums, you are a grind addict in denial. You never really stop smoking until you throw out the ashtrays my friend. It sounds like you didn't have fun playing this game, so move on already! How am I embarrassing myself? Lol, I'm stating facts. It (was) a good game, and could of been so much better if the company actually cared. But they don't. They had the money and tools to do so, yet they give you old content yet again. Also, I just installed the app this morning and decided to see the reviews on the update. I'm not coming back lmao, nor do I want to. I'm not concerned with the game, I'm concerned with the company. The fact you say I'm embarrassing myself by pointing out major flaws that even you stated that you agreed with, makes you look like a hippocrate. This game had so much potential and it flopped, let's be real. The only reason people still play is because they want something they haven't for yet. That's it. Also, I haven't played myself in about 4, going on 5 here, months. If people want to play, then thats fine. I take it in consideration. As an awkward statement, you are correct. But I've seen alot leave since year 2 dropped. Not because I persuaded them, I can't persuade anyone to do something they don't want to. Nobody can. I just feel like people deserve more and the company is failing to always deliver which I believe give the people a right to be pissed. That's not wrong, that's supply and demand lol.

Stalemate indeed. We are both correct! But people come and go just like any other game. Surprised so many people have stayed this long to be honest. Bungie really isn't helping. Almost like they have given up. I'm sure destiny 2 will be ridiculously awesome though.

As am I, when I'm surprised to still see year 1 players or even beta players here now an then. Alot rarer then before though. If destiny 2 fails, what is your judgement? I'm not even thinking about destiny 2 till I see reviews and players opinions. I got royally f*cked with this cause I was recommended long ago and hopped on the bang wagon.

Well I'm definitely not preordering again. I'm sure it will be much much better, and they will learn from their mistakes but honestly I'll never pre-order a game again after what happened here. Don't get me wrong I love this game, but it's not quite what I paid for.
