I was lucky enough to get skip rounds on my 1000 yard, the nerf doesn't even affect me :D

I believe skip rounds comes on the quest 1kys. Also they are nerfing the inventory on that gun specifically as well.

Wait for it on an eirene rr4 they are similar impact

I don't think skip rounds can roll on the eirene.

The Eirene already has awful reserves though.

I have only used a sniper in crucible a handful of times mostly I shotgun and have been this week trying to learn to fusion rifle

I could not care less about special reserves in PvP (Shotguns are getting theirs reduced as well by the way). For pve this will be annoying though.
