Well there's your issue. This nerf is based LITERALLY off of just a single Crucible playlist. Not Crucible in general; JUST one playlist.
Stupid -blam!-ing Crucible should NOT dictate how guns in this game work.

It should actually. But bungie is too lazy to separate pvp and pve so one has to suffer and pvp has more players
