Yes kill knights with Telesto, I have done that, flinch oryx with heavy (LMG) use your damn primary. It's not that hard.
Kill Knights with your primary? Flinch oryx with sleeper stimulant, use a shotgun on the Knights, change things up.
PVE is more than just sniping, the days of the fusion rifles are a comin.
