I would date outside my race even though I've only been dating within my race
Where I live there isn't much diversity when it comes to ethnicity. We are mostly comprised of hispanics.
My parents on the other hand would not approve of me dating outside of race. But surprisingly they would allow my sister to date white people because they believe they have better financial stability than most Hispanic men.

So you just don't have to many different kinda fish in your see. That is pretty -blam!-ed up on your parent's part, but I get why they wouldn't want you to be with another women who isn't your race.

My parents are pretty old school hispanics so when they crossed over (legally of course) they went straight to work. They worked in the fields, construction, and other types of labor intensive jobs. Everywhere they went for work there was always a white man running the show. So my guess is that over the years they got instilled with the idea of a white man being in charge and making the good money. Yea down here there is only one type of fish man
