No mention whatsoever on how the heavy ammo packs will affect Sleeper Simulant or if it's max carrying ammo is affected (I doubt it since they buffed it just a patch or two ago). Just bust out your Sleeper Simulant, pair it with your sniper and if you are man enough to run out of ammo on both between damage phases, more power to you.
