Between the missing ammo nerf and the decrease in stability between shots for snipers they are no longer going to be viable for most raids

Secondary ammo drops more often in PvE to compensate for the ammo reduction. Guess you'll have to make more ammo runs in a raid, but everything else will play just fine.

You have empty you ammo right then and there and without the larger capacity there will be a drop off in potential DPS. Don't know how much this will affect but it is going to be much harder to clear warpriest and gologroth from now on.

I would not say it would be much harder to defeat the raid bosses. At the light level and damage output most people are already at many of the bosses are killable by 2 or more people, some can even be done by a single guardian like oryx. With the increase it will only make the raid easier than it already is.
