It is very apparent that you don't know how little Unflinching does. Google Planet Destiny and their testing on Unflinching. However, i do agree with you that nerfing the amount of special like that is not the way to go because it hurts PvE

I know. I'm saying it should do this, not that it does do this. I forgot to add the word "should" to my post though (seriously, it didn't even make sense without it). Fixed now.
