They said they're going to increase the drop rate of special ammo. So what's stopping you from picking up new ammo from trash mobs?

Not really, because most raid teams already use it and dip in and out of bubble, so we'll simply have wol active but no ammo to use

I don't, not when I'm shooting with spindle, because it would take away from my dps to dip back in as opposed to just constantly shooting. I only dip back in when I'm using 1000 yrds or Sleeper.

So a fraction of a second to dip bk in is lost....as opposed to running out of ammo with 5-10 seconds of dmg phase left... I know which I prefer

In between? I doubt you're gonna run dry. Bungie certainly tested how different aspects of the game get affected by the changes they made.

Always run dry on spindle during dps phase.... This drop in reserve ammo will massively reduce the amount of damage I can do in each phase....across 6 players....that's ridiculous

This means we'll need at least a bubble AND tether each phase of we hope to finish on 3 phase for wp, plus sniper usage should be planned to make sure he remains stunned

You keep saying this but Titans have a perk to make bubble last longer. When you use that the bubble already lasts long enough. Problem now is going to be that I have my wol bubble, just no sniper ammo to shoot.

You're mistaken on what the glasshouse does. It doesn't make your bubble last longer, it makes weapons and blessings last longer with each dip you have in the bubble, eight seconds longer to be exact, so a raid team won't have to worry about constantly dipping back in and out of the bubble, therefore increasing dps.

Please tell me you aren't that naive? Glasshouse increases duration of weapons...sure....that'd be great if we didn't have limited time damage phases where weapons usually lasts long enough...and if not ppl just walk back into bubble quickly.

It would really help on warpriest and golgorath when you're using spindle though, because you wouldn't have to worry about dipping back in. Because I know for me personally, the weapons bonus always dies out on my spindle about halfway through the dps phase, so with the extra eight seconds, it should last the entire phase without having to waste dps time stepping back in the bubble.

With this new update, u aren't going to have the ammo to make the most of the addition WoL time. That's the point.

What's the changes to fusion rifles? I'm wondering whether sleeper simulant is now gna become preferred weapon for the raid

I was thinking that too, my 320 sleeper rekts warpriest, plus I do a cheese where I switch to my old raid boots to get 12 rounds in my sleeper, then switch back to my high level boots.

Any of the old year one boots that give you extra ammo for all of your heavy across the board, vog, crota, or the poe boots.

Any year one raid boots. They all have the flat bonus of increase heavy weapons. I think a few year two exotics have the perk.
