And the stupid part about it is just this, in pvp 7 bullets is more than enough for the skilled snipers. Hell a round can be won in trials with 4! It will not affect sniping in pvp much if at all. I know your sitting there saying "omg my 2 extra frames!!" Bit consider this, res takes longer now and no more sprint res! So that means snipers have more time to line up them headshots!
