They can do it on stream, but not here in the game for all of us? Just give us tools to create our own environments, aka, custom/private matches.
I do understand it isn't easy, I do understand that they may be keeping it for Destiny 2, but if private or custom matches are a main selling point of Destiny 2, I assume it won't do well.

The reason why they had their own private game was to test all of their nerfs and fixes, they can easily adjust numbers and they would get assigned in that game. I know that's basically a private lobby, but devs need it for testing MORE than anybody else.
