Haven't done KF, Black Spindle, First Curse or Sleeper.
Probably a few other stuff but I'm becoming disinterested in the game now.

The only one to get of what you listed is the sleeper simulant. It is the new gjallarhorn. It destroys bosses. And the quest was easy. There are step by step directions online. I have the black spindle and never use it, and I occasionally use the first curse.
