Im taking this from interstellar but… if you were to go to another planet far from here, would the time be different?
Example: 1 hour on another planet is 1 year on earth?
Is this true are is this hollywood?

So what I assume you are talking about is the planet where 1 hour = 8 years. Time dilation due to gravity is actually a thing. Time is actually slower in space then in is on earth.

It is. You wouldn't really see the extremes like you would see in the movie in real life. Unless you actually landed on a planet orbiting a black hole. If you travelled to another planet it would have different length of days and years, but time you still run at the same rate.
