Why Final Fantasy 15 could go down as the biggest flop of 2016, demo performance analysis!

Pros: - Awesome soundtrack. - Possible good story. - Lighting, particle effects. - Summons Cons: - Foreign simplistic combat system that feels nothing like an FF game. - Main protagonist is a teenager with father issues, is a prince. - Main party all dress in black, have black hair, Noctis would be more fitting as an evil boss, rather than a hero. Maybe they're secret devil worshippers? - Awful Performance issues, proof is in the video for everyone trying to say they downloaded a magical version with no issues. - Steeping on rocks to change the weather, instead of having a natural day/night cycle. - Not staying true to its roots, annoying long time fans. - Clunky controls, camera. - Blurry graphics, jagged edges. - Carbuncle is a squeaker. - Magic Sucks

Bait taken: - Foreign simplistic combat system that feels nothing like an FF game. About as foreign as the popular Kingdom Hearts. FF has been inching toward action oriented combat since XII, it was only a matter of time. - Main protagonist is a teenager with father issues, is a prince. Tidus was a kind of royalty with daddy issues. Fans still love FFX despite that. Most FF protagonists since VII, that's 20 years, have been teenagers, why is it a problem now? - Main party all dress in black, have black hair, Noctis would be more fitting as an evil boss, rather than a hero. Maybe they're secret devil worshippers? Because Tetsuya Nomura doesn't know of any other color besides black, it's also the color of the kingdom. - Awful Performance issues, proof is in the video for everyone trying to say they downloaded a magical version with no issues. I had no problems, but then again, I don't bitch when frame rates drop a bit. - Steeping on rocks to change the weather, instead of having a natural day/night cycle. Now you're being overly critical, the switches were to show the dynamic lighting effects; not that day/night is switched by pressure plates. Also put into context that the setting is a dream. - Not staying true to its roots, annoying long time fans. After nearly 30 years, Sakaguchi's departure, and Uematsu's departure; it can't help but to change. Final Fantasy has strayed from its roots since VII, when both its class system and setting changed. And you know what? It was a smashing success, letting them know that experimentation can work out. - Clunky controls, camera. No argument there. - Blurry graphics, jagged edges. I noticed them too, but it's also a demo; a show of a work in progress. Plus you should know better than to think Square wouldn't polish every texture before release, after all; graphics and presentation are what they do best. - Carbuncle is a squeaker. Again, Japanese game design: the animals squeak, the women squeak, and sometimes the men do too. - Magic Sucks Now you're making things up; those were items, not spells. No wonder why it sucked as magic, because it wasn't.
