Deleted my titan because he looked ugly and I never was too fond of him and I made my new female hunter.
I also deleted my lvl 1 exo hunter who I literally just made to get the grimore for exos.
[spoiler]This doesn't really count as deleting but my Beta Warlock is forever lost in the Dark Corners of Time.
