Yes you can hit stuff without AA, what's wrong with you? It's about timing. AA only makes drag scoping easier, it does not define it.
Why do you seem to think it's impossible to hit anyone with a well timed shot without aim assist? I don't understand you or your weird definitions.

He said AA doesn't do much ..I said it allows drag scoping to happen ..can you hit something without AA of course ..it's possible to swing your sniper from left to right and hit what you want ..consistently. ..lol.. NO...happens as much as it does because of AA..dont believe me ...take some of your friends as a fire team to rumble ..try drag scoping while they run around ..lol..won't ...hit... a..damn..thing..lol .I know.. we tried just to see if it was true. ..sure you " drag"the sniper horizontally but what allows the hit is mostly AA..if you hit 2 out of a hundred without AA you're probably the best sniper in the game.Give it a try and holla back ...lmao
