Snipers need a Nerf. And shotguns does not take GUN SKILL. But it does take moment skill. Fusion is moment and timing. So in terms of gun skill sniper do take more skill.

Fusions require 80% luck 10% timing and 10% movement. Gotta love that last "buff" to fusions rendering all but the high-impact/low charge rate pretty much meaningless.
