It's just a writer for a magazine that got to visit their office to get an advanced look? [i]Bungie[/i] never said on any of their platforms about No Time to Explain prior to TTK. Look at their Instagram and you'll see that prior to TTK release they showed a bunch of Exotics and none of them were No Time to Explain. Any mention of it was third-party. Also No Time to Explain [i]doesn't[/i] shoot Arc bullets, contrary to early reports. A perfect example that you can't assume everything you see or hear is exactly what you're going to get. "As for new exotics, many of them are now tied to involved quest lines..." A glimpse into how exotics weren't guaranteed immediately.
