there's also that modified thunderlord which has void and solar damage instead of arc that they showed off.

The thing about the armor pieces is that they can easily be found in the armory. whereas the void and solar thunder lord cannot. I'm fine with the weapons that never made it into the armory being tweaked and worked on. But come on if the entire general public can see what the perks are and the 3D model and everything it should also be released or at least give us a damn good reason why not.

I don't see how something being in the Armory means they must be committed to releasing it at a particular time, nor it constituting a promise. I think something being in a trailer for a product for sale though is a much stronger argument for that thing being promised. I would love to get these exotics, sooner rather than later.
