Because explosive pyre is bugged since December. I changed to tracking hammers and now they work almost like before the patch. So it's possible to insta-kill anyone if you have some good aim.

If you have some good aim you say. But you need tracking you say. I'm talking about storm callers in their storm trance. Which can't be one hit hammered by any perk combo from a sunbreaker. But keep talking.
