*Maya stands up quickly. Three more arrows materialize into her hand. She slaps two on small notches on her vambrace. She holds the last in her fist. Waiting for the arrow that is to come*

[b]After six days of standing around, Tesuto finally lets his arrow fly. It heads straight at maya, followed closely by 3 more.[/b]

*Maya has been waiting patiently (albeit a tea break) and takes the arrow in her fist. Raises it high and slams down. The arrowhead piercing the first incoming missile through the shaft. Her slamming down takes her out of harm's way from the other arrows* [b]Hehe I finally successfully did it! I can't tell you how many times I've tried and failed that move in training! Glad you could witness my success.[/b]

[b]Tesuto gives you an applause, before launching 8 shurikens out if his gauntlet [/b]

*Maya reaches to her toes and pulls up a shadowy shield. Halting each shruiken. When the wall collapses she is no longer behind it. You hear a [i]whump[/i] behind you and feel a knife point touching your spine.* [b]Not fatal. But you will be in a lot of pain and high probability of lower body paralysis. Hehe[/b] *Maya thrusts her knife forward*

[spoiler]sorry for the lateness[/spoiler] *Tesuto twirls around the knife as you thrust forward, he hits your back the his palm sending you flying forward and onto the ground. He begins walking toward you...but is stumbling. He begins unleashing a flurry of arrows at you*

[spoiler]it's coolio!! It works out for me. Also. Can I ask here what your character is stumbling for or do I have to find out rp wise?[/spoiler] *Maya brings her arms up. Her vambraces showing two tiny slits in each. They spill out a thing veil of shadows in a thin wall attempting to slow the attack of the arrows. As they pierce her shield she stands up. The arrows slam in and through before halting in the shield. The arrowheads puncturing an inch into Maya's chest, stomach and arms. As well as one hitting her left cheek.* [b]Maybe I should learn that it never works when I tell my victims beforehand....[/b]

[spoiler]Well because his legs are almost paralyzed remember? [/spoiler] [spoiler]btw this battle is fantastic. Easily the best I've had in a while[/spoiler] [b]Tesuto's legs fail for a moment as he falls to the ground. He impales his blade in the ground to keep him up, but the left side of his body leans into the ground. He throws another shuriken at you.[/b]

I kinda assumed after most of my fights that people were basically invincible if they were here long enough.[/spoiler] [spoiler]Thanks!! I like the fact you actually fight like an adult here![/spoiler] *With blood dripping from many wounds throughout her upper abdomen, Maya stumbles. Attempting to grab the shuriken out of the air. Instead she grasps at air. And feels the tiny blades pierce her eye. Gouging a deep scar starting an inch below her eye, blinding her left seeing orb, and another inch and a half above her left eye. She lets out a quick shriek at the painful realization of her mistake. But she quickly cuts it off. Knowing she'll be fine after the fight. For now? One eye will have to do.* [b]Why?! I didn't think I was able to stab you![/b] *she looks down at her blade and noticed the blood. Slight but enough to must have caused pain* [b]Oh...... Well, guess that happened.[/b] *blood dripping from many wounds, Maya feels her energy draining. But she attempts to adopt a dangerous but deadly fighting stance. Half in the shadow realm half out. A ring is circumferencing her waist. Hiding periodically random parts of her body.* [spoiler]The reason this stance is dangerous is because she's allowing her body to be existential in both dimensions. This allows for hidden blows. But as soon as her attention wavers. [i]schlip![/i] She loses body parts from the access point closing on her. [/spoiler]

[spoiler]well shit![/spoiler] *Tesuto, slightly worried about his opponents condition, takes his blade out if the ground and throws his bow to the side. Small blue jets eject from his angles sending him in the air. He raises his blade and comes in for an airial assault*

[spoiler]SPOILER! DIFFERENT DIMENSIONS MEANS ATTACKS FROM DIFFERENT ANGLES. NO MATTER THE DISTANCE/LOCATION![/spoiler] *Maya sees the jump and flying. She lifts her right leg up and everything of it from her mid thigh and below disappear. With a quiet [i]whump[/i] a leg appears from behind Tesuto and slams down on his back.*

[b]Tesuto looses his momentum from the attack as he ends up flying over you, landing at the edge of the pond. He seems to be struggling getting out of be water.[/b]

*Maya's body disappears as she allows herself to be fully developed in the shadow realm. She reappears in the middle of the pond, floundering, before she disappears again. She reappears with a splash back to her original location. On the ground. Missing a leg. Her right one. Blood squirts out at the same fast pace as her heart beats. The pond is also stained with her blood. She drags herself up to a standing position. Leaning heavily on her originally discarded bow.* [b]It appears I have lost something of mine. I would like to finish here so I may retrieve it, reattach it, and be whole again before it's too late.[/b] *she attempts to stand on her one remaining leg. But she immediately starts falling. As she falls. She lets loose the arrow she had quickly notched. It flies fast and in flames. A paper wrapping had fallen off the head. Revealing a flammable liquid that sets ablaze on contact to oxygen. It heads towards Tesuto leaving a trail of sparks floating in air. She lands with a scream. Clutching her bleeding, clean cut stump*

[b]The arrow flies into Tesutos helmet. His visor. He reels back for a moment, then stands up straight.[/b] RESETTING. [b]He falls to into the pond. And an explosion of some digital construct and code flies from it.[/b] [b]You feel a hand helping you up[/b]

*Maya leans heavily on the helping hand, hopping to an upright position.* [b]This... This is rather embarrassing... I've only ever [i]seen[/i] the move go wrong.. [/b] *Maya looks around and notices everything is back to somewhat normality beside her leg still missing* [b]How... How'd ya do that? And also... Can... Can you help me get to that little bit of shade right there. I can use it to go hopefully reattach my leg[/b] [spoiler]It's not a definite certainty the leg will be reattached. Involves some tricky shadow molecular realignment that I don't understand. ;). If not. Then a prosthetic I may need.[/spoiler]
