35 hours is enough time to have a pretty good grasp on this game.

Not when it takes around 20ish hours to just hit max level

35 hours he hit max rank, and was 60+ in DZ. Pretty sure he understands the game. Plus if it took you 20 or so hours then you're either really bad at the game or just slow to progress.
