What is the best perk for a Rocket Launcher?
I think it's perfect balance.
Edit: Shank burn is pretty useful tbh
Grenade and Horseshoes are not good perks.

Vacuum, single point sling, perfect balance, year one dragon's breath exotic perk, and any "increases damage against this type of enemy" perk is OP. Of course, Grenades and Horseshoes is garbage.
