What is the best perk for a Rocket Launcher?
I think it's perfect balance.
Edit: Shank burn is pretty useful tbh
Grenade and Horseshoes are not good perks.

Edited by Mitchell7443: 3/22/2016 4:20:26 PMTracking is the best hands down. Why do you need perfect balance if you have tracking. Now if tracking isn't an option then maybe perfect balance but I'd probably still want tripod first, or clusters.
