What is the best perk for a Rocket Launcher?
I think it's perfect balance.
Edit: Shank burn is pretty useful tbh
Grenade and Horseshoes are not good perks.

Yep the worst perk is Wolfpack rounds. In year 1 I got some crap launcher called gjollerhorn or something like that and it had that crap perk. To make it worse it didn't have perfect balance I dismantled it immediately.
