Which would make the most sense for a shader, i think, rather than individual armore pieces. I don't claim to have the absolute correct answer, like i said, we just have to wait and see. But i do think a shader makes the most sense from both a story perspective and a Bungie development perspective. Occam's Razor, essentially.

  • Fair point, it would make more sense aesthetically anyway, if it was a shader. Taken helmet with voidfang vestments would look awkward

  • Exactly. Of course, on the other hand, we already know how Bungie can be about armor color schemes (Twilight Garrison, year 1 exotic armor pieces, etc. not changing with shaders) so if it really is the armor itself, I'm going to be a lot more disappointed.
