Raise your scavenger to get better rewards mine is at 186% getting a lot of high end drops now
As for challenge mode not that hard know tactics teamwork and stack mobile cover trapper 2x damage if stacked with partners

The smart cover can actually stack 4x. Me and my team were able to sit in grenades and take minimal damage. The problem isn't that is so hard that it's uncompletable, it's so hard for no reason. There aren't any special objectives. Just replay the same mission just that it takes 10x longer and that every enemy takes forever to kill. That's not fun.
