Technically yes, but my point is that for what we're getting (and what it looks like we may get with a possible update to PoE ) they could've made us pay for it. They very well could of said "You know what? We're updating PoE, and giving them a quest with a new strike, new gear, and increasing light level. Let's throw in another strike, 3 exotics, nerf fusion rifles call it an update expansion to TTK and charge em $9.99." There is no additional cost to the user (except for the optional microtransactions) for this content that will be added. So maybe my logic is shit and those years at college meant nothing, but to me no matter how you spin it, that's free content.

I wouldn't be so hopeful about PVE content, I certainly aren't. When I bought a Double Mars Bar, I guess they could've said, well you should also pay for that that double mars Bar, but, when I bought the Double Mars Bar, the price was higher than a non-double Mars Bar. We paid for that content already, we shouldn't be thanking them for not -blam!-ing us, They should be expected to be a Decent Company that doesn't do shit like that. There SHOULD BE NO ADDITIONAL COST TO THE USER! Those years you spent at college need to be thrown away.

Absolutely no where in either of my comments did I say we should thank them for not -blam!-ing us, I'm saying" why complain because they could have -blam!-ed us" or that I was hopeful about PvE content that is probably being rushed. Also you say they should be expected to be a "Decent Company that doesn't do shit like that". They are a company whose main goal is revenue and seeing as how this particular update was not advertised alongside TTK they would have been well within their rights to sell it for whatever price and if microtransactions weren't a thing they probably would have charged for it. So no I'm not saying thank them for not -blam!-ing everyone over, I'm saying what's the point of complaining because they could have -blam!-ed everyone over. You know, kinda like the saying "Things could be worse". And I think I'll hold on to my college years, they helped me land a pretty good job as a software developer. But, this doesn't seem like it's going anywhere. So I'm going to end this by saying that although I don't agree with what you say I do see where you're coming from and I respect your right to have that opinion. Cheers
