So tired of the double standard set by this community. If destiny were to put even half (which is maybe five perks tops) of the divisions perks (like [i]intense*[/i]) on a legendary the forums would simply burn than imagine that you had to have 300 strength and 250 int and 285 discipline to use this perk *[b]13%[/b] chance for the [b]1st[/b] bullet to ignite someome... for less than the damage of 1 bullet.
