On another note. Here is a few things The Division can learn from Destiny
1) Nerf all weapons if one specific weapon is OP...bw fusion rifles OP plz nerf
2) Lie about changes to matchmaking.
3) Lock exotics to be released at a later date.
4) Recycle Old content and sell it as "New Stuff"
5) Remove dedicated servers(Who needs them.....Am I right!)
6) Give shitty rewards for completing a challenging mission.
7) Just keep giving me blue level stuff...to hell with legendary and exotics....they are overrated anyways.
8) Let me stay a forever 29 .....don't let me reach max level ....I mean who wants that.
9) Ignore glitches. Update gear icons.
10) Keep OP guns rampant in PvP for countless months before balancing them.

Personally, I enjoy not getting legandaries and exotics every mission. Makes it way more thrilling when you actually get one... But everyone nowadays wants everything to be super easy, if not handed to them i guess....
-
Well it all depends on how much time you spend on a particular game. If you spend 4-6hrs per day than chances of you getting legendary gear is high compared to a guy who just plays 2hrs only.... It has to be rewarding for both types of players.
-
I work 50+ hrs a week, so I fit into your type of player.
-
Everybody wants everything immediately, apperently
-
I know ! It's sad. What happened to working for stuff ?
-
"ERMAGHERD TOO MUCH GRINDING!!11" Clearly these people have never played a game like Pokemon or any MMO... Hell, some of my fondest gaming memories are grinding skills in RuneScape with some close friends!
-
I know !!!!!! I still go grind on runescape every now and then ! Or grinding in WoW for your legendary armor sets. People just expect games to be like a sit down movie nowadays.
-
Exactly. Then people only seem to take things at face value... Most people have hundreds of hours logged in Destiny, but they still call it a shit game. Clearly it isn't, if it can hold your attention for that long. (Also, RuneScape was the best. Looking back, the game did so much right)
-
I know what you mean!!! If you've logged hundreds of hours in a game, created an account on it's site, posted on it's forums, and then try to call it a shit game, your argument is invalid. And, in all honesty, runescape was like, the first game of it's kind. It was absolutely brilliant with all the shit you could do. They need to update runescape for new-gen. I'd play the shit out of it.
-
I remember leaving around the time they added microtransactions. I wonder how the game has changed...
-
A lot ! It's like a whole new game now haha... I still check my char from time to time
-
May end up going back eventually
-
I upvoted the OP because it was funny and had a lot of truth in it... I upvoted this one because it also has a lot of truth in it...
-
They've time locked the free dlcs

Edited by OhtheHugeManity: 3/18/2016 11:16:15 AMSee here's the difference. OP's post was funny. It was worded well. Yours is just a cheap shot in response
-
What cheap shot? Both posts poke fun at the other games.
-
Yeah but his was going on about Alex the dreg and I can imagine a thousand little Alex dregs etc. Yours just listed flaws.
I just got a serious sense of Déjà vu
-
If the OP saw the funny side of it enough to add another point to my post than it's fine...He gets it. Also both posts poke fun at what the other game lacks in.....His attempt was funny mine was extremely Sarcastic
-
Yeah, you're golden, bud.
-
OP too funny plz nerf ;p
-
Lol, nice. 9) Ignore glitches. Update gear icons.
-
Updated ;)
