Bungie said they were going to buff auto rifles by 4% and when the update came out they said they made a typo and it was only supposed to be .04%

It's not even the 'Bungie lied to us!' aspect of the whole thing that bothers me. It's the fact that 0.04% is such a miniscule difference, why the f#ck would they bother? It's misappropriation of time and resources, in my opinion.

The last time that Bungie dropped a weapon balance update, auto rifles were buffed by 0.04%. I struggle to wrap my head around that; that they expended time and resources to alter something by such an insignificant percentage. That was the moment when I became very disenchanted with this game, and it's the hurdle in my mind that Bungie's gotta get over, before I'm willing to give them any more of my money. To be clear: I'm a huge fan of the game. I'm just not a fan of a company that I've given money to, making decisions that defy logic. Such as a 0.04% buff.
