So which is it, is there no point, or you don't like it? How would fix the issue of dots totally negating a stat? Nothing, not even tether or smoke bombs totally negate agility. Resistance debuffs, and damage buffs don't negate armor. Why is recovery the only stat that is totally negated.

Easy my fix would be if it's gonna be there make it come out either much faster or all at once
