I read on Bungie.net, under the employment section, that candidates have to have a MAX level character on an MMO type game for a while. They also have to maintain that caharacter. By the looks of things, Deej is waaay under qualified. Probably never was qualified. If we are talking about gaming experience here.

Isn't it possible that Deej might have met that criteria by playing WoW or something?

It's not tho. Before Cosmo was hired I looked at the available jobs and clicked on the community manager one. It's his very job that had those requirements.

Yeah so he probably was promoted from the inside of bungie. Those requirements were probably made when destiny came out

Possible for sure. I do think however, that is just pretty much a basic requirement that most, if not all, developers have. It's just to make sure they have employees that are gonna know enough about games and how they should work.
