Sun breakers are already soft. I rarely die from them unless the hammer goes at my feet. They proc to early and don't have a big blast radius so I think Hammers have had enough. The deadly arrow is already in there by way of quiver? I want them to keep things balanced but don't want my PVE weapons to suffer the same injustice.
