Not quite. Doesn't last that long, has 0% overshield and takes time to kill. There are ways to deal with it, shotguns are not.

Well they do have over shields, they never have to get into shotgun range to kill unlike bladedancers, and if by time you mean 1.5 seconds ... Well I don't think it gives a chance of reaction other than panic and attempt to run ...

24 seconds with transcendence and it has 50% damage resistance. Transcendence needs a fix as far as time goes. With this, why use bladedancer, honestly. It lasts longer, has same armor, but has a ranged attack. Either bladedancer needs a buff, or this needs a fix.
