I have a boss that's a lazy arsehole, pushes all of the work onto everyone else and isn't even qualified for his position. We constantly have to show him how to do his job, when he should be teaching us how to do everything. He gets paid twice as much as I do, for doing a tenth of the work. He claims 5-6 hours of overtime each week even though he's not working it, which basically amounts to him getting a 200$ bonus check every week while the rest of us scrape by. Worse yet, the manager here - his boss - is just as lazy and refuses to do anything about his negligent behavior and work ethic.
