Inc. grenades are incredibly different from fire bolt.
I very rarely get hit by those. When I do, it'll be the same thing. I'll just disengage, recover, and engage.
Also, the damage from inc. grenades drops by a lot with distance from it.
Fire bolts will always have the same amount of damage within the 6 meter radius

Sounds like a good plan. I do get that firebolts can keep you out the fight, I would not say they are op and they do require 2 other perks in order to do that. The problem is no one appears to be planning around them. There are things you can do, I rarely get killed by them. I'm not a high end player by any account but my guardian receives the same damage as the next. Raised all 3 to rank 5 in iron banner and didn't get killed by a single one. Got hit by a few though
