I run sunsinger warlock with fire bolt and funeral. It does have a strategy to it. I often use them to pin people down: they are absolute for a while because of burning, and like thorn, puts them out of the game for a little while. This allows me to get situated in trials. If tag more then one, I would typically run up and hit them with mida. However I do AGREE with the statement "they are OP" I also thing they are used more strategically.
