So.. Like any other grenade? Except it has 0% chance of killing you on its own, unlike many other grenades.

Only grenades that can kill you on your own are fusion/magnetic/etc. solar and vortex only kill if you're an idiot and stand in it. Not only can firebolt take out out without even seeing you, as well as if you have any amount of damage, it burns for so long that all someone has to do is firebolt then chase you because you can't do anything about it

I'm unsure if others can but most of the others aren't meant to, they're deterrants and used for blocking points off and still if you're exposed to one for long enough they can still kill you on their own. If you're complaining because you have received damage and then a grenade killed you whilst you were damaged you need to stop playing immediately. This clearly isn't the game for you, try Mario Kart. If you're complaining because you were hit by a grenade then tried to outgun your opponent whilst on minimal health instead of retreating from that battle you need to rethink your strategy. If you'd rather be killed by a grenade than burn for a little, jump off the side, walk out into open fire, thrown a grenade at your feet or walk out of bounds. A grenade that requires 2 other perks on the skill tree and still can't kill isn't op in the slightest, clearly you keep walking into them because you're incapable of learning an adapting.

Tripmine counts as a sticky and it wont kill hifh armour targets

They count as sticky but they can also kill you without being stuck to you which is why I mentioned them separately. They won't kill high armour guardians but a firebolt won't kill a low armour one

Everything is deemed op on this forum, seems to be mostly children begging for nerfs. Bungie should make the app or at least the forum section 16yo+ or 18yo+ would save a lot of complaints.

Trip mine/lightning is the same type of category as the stickies because it can stick to people, objects too. The simple fact is that there's no way to beat firebolt. Smart warlocks who run that firebolt combo are going to throw that firebolt and then rush and Meele you with their insane Meele range, regardless of whether you run, stay, hide, fight, whatever. It's just the simple fact that it's basically the exact same type of problem people had with thorn, it burns too long and for too much damage, that's it. Now I'm not gonna sit here and argue with someone who supports Mario kart as being an alternative to an FPS because that probably makes me assume you're 10 and your mommy bought you the destiny + Mario kart special edition bundle for her "special" edition kid. I'm ALSO not gonna argue cuz I have a life to get to and honestly don't care whether it gets nerfed or not. Tripmines do indeed stick but they can kill you without being stuck to you also. A smart Warlock would indeed throw a grenade then rush you, otherwise they wouldn't get a kill since firebolts don't kill you. You have your own grenades, drop one before they come around the corner, block the corner off, stick them when they come round, think before you go blindly running around corners when you know there is a firebolt user on the map. Plan your escape in case you are hit. An incenidairy grensage rolled around the corner or even a flashbang will have similar effects. After you've taken damage from one you're only a melee away from death. It's simple, plan your engagements rather than complain endlessly until Bungie tilts the game in your favour. Theres a Sunsinger on the map, you've seen him, you've moved towards him, you know it's him just around the corner, whats your plan? Charge blindly? Yup, you've lost that one. Doesn't matter who's around that corner, you go running in aimlessly and they drop any grenade and follow up with a melee or any weapon and you've lost. Doesn't matter if there is burn damage, if someone charges you just after any grenade has went off in your grill and you try to outgun them, you're going to lose. PS, Nothing Manacles + Scatter grenade is an easy one hit ko and you get 2 of them.
