How are firebolts with the burning perks OP?

1 ReplyDid skirmish today. Night stalker shade stepping all over telling the two warlocks (they were in a party) where we were. They stayed way back, threw the fire bolts we burned and died. The Titan barely lives, cue shade step and TLW. He falls back, rinse and repeat. They ran void fangs, suicide to get revived and have grenade again. I sat there and watched in amazement at this. My other two team mates left, I get two hunters (and me, so 3). We barely made it to the middle of the map. You couldn't see the warlocks, it was like artillery. But when I died, I watched the tactic from my orb. Made me sick.
