I might try division when it comes out. Is it good? I don't want to waste another 140 bucks like I did with destiny. Hardcore fan boys be gone! *holds cross*

It's like a massive destiny patrol, which is what destiny should have been. Don't get me wrong I love Destiny, but my interest is at an all time low, have not even played it in over a week. Edit: Never ventured into the dark zone and don't intend to, that will ruin the experience for me. I had more just playing with a friend, running around and killing mobs.

  • I've been following this game since 2013, and my preorder is paid and I'm ready to go on the 8th. If you are on the fence your best bet is to wait until the reviews come out. If you are a fan of Ghost Recon or any other Clancy games, you will probably enjoy it. If you decide to get it, I'll see you in the Dark Zone!

  • I played both Betas. Closed (first) was like a 6/10. Open (second) was like 8/10. They fixed so many glaring problems between the betas in such a short time, and that's what really impressed me. If they keep updating/fixing all the issues in a quick manner, this game will be amazing. In the beta, we only got 2 story missions + a small part of the DZ. Level cap was 8. Full game has >20 story missions, an upgradable base, crafting, daily/weekly quests, daily/weekly DZ quests, raiding confirmed, level cap 30, trading, tons of new content launches (paced out like every month), dedicated servers (ZERO lag). The most important part is this game is supported fully. They will be updating / maintaining / bug fixing / housekeeping the game on a weekly basis, not every 2-3 months like Destiny. Trying to keep my hype-meter low, but yes, looks very promising. Gunplay is not nearly as good as Destiny, but everything else felt better. One dig is that the environment (NYC) while huge, might get repetitive quickly as the whole game looks kinda the same.
