NO Descope just add scope sway to snipers. And if you hold breath for too long it sways more uncontrollably. You could also add perks like increased hold breath. Or decreased weapon sway after breath held.

No. There are too many movement abilities in this game for sway to work

Not really bare with me here. Miggt be a lil hard or diff at first but everyone would get used to it. you hold your breathe. (Hold the analog) and your reticle becomes how it is now completely still for around idk 7 to 9 seconds. Then if you hold for the entire 9 your scope sways more uncontrollably and you can't steady it again for a longer time. If you let it go before full time it isn't as bad and you can hold breathe sooner. Would be the only way to actually make skill a factor in sniping in destiny. Yea you got stuff like blink supers and shadestep but people snipe you out of them now with a completely still reticle. And that wouldn't change. You would still have that completely still reticle, you would just have to actually press a button to make it stop swaying and easier to snipe.

There is already a skill level with sniping. The idea that there isn't is just stupid. They already increased the flinch and the aim assist with the taken King. The issue is everyone has bad habits from shotguns being overpowered so they could blindly rush players with litter fear.

FINE let me rephrase it for you. Destiny requires little to zero skill when it comes to sniping. It is one of the easiest game to snipe in ever. Next to quicsoping in CoD. THE RETICLE DOESNT MOVE IT is so easy in fact that a majority of people use snipers as primaries. As if it wasnt easy enough, the game slows down the reticle as it scans across an enemy. There are ridiculous amounts of aim assist on multiple snipers. Yes there are hard shots that people make that require a high level of skill to accomplish. But in the generality of sniping in destiny. IT IS WAY TO EASY.
