Can't get past the first loading screen
Internet connection is great. Everything else works on Xbox but can't get into the game. Stuck on a black loading screen for 3 hours. Anyone else having this issue?

3 RepliesCan you please try the following steps. 1) launch the game. 2) once you reach the black loading screen press the xbox guide button. This will take you to the dashboard. 3 ) highlight the main tile that shows you the black loading screen and press the menu button ( 3 horizontal lines ). Then select quit from the menu options. 4 ) relaunch destiny and see if that fixes your issue.
